I speak from experience as a former Recruiter where I cut my teeth agency side, in both corporate and start-up businesses, before moving in-house.  My specialism in Talent Acquisition Operations started a decade ago and most recently I’ve operationally overseen more than twenty Creative, Media and Marketing brands at one of the world’s largest communication organisations.

I understand that change is not always as easy as it is necessary. I never underestimate the importance of keep individuals in mind when approaching operational changes.
